Analyse and survey of the current situation of hygiene in school catering.

The aim of the project was - beside the analyse and optimization of used cleaning agents and cleaning materials – the sensitizing of school children for food hygiene. With the help of food hygiene training courses and a “Hygiene Case”, consulting, training and logistical assistance should ensure the food safety in school catering.
