Campus-Gemüse is an institution where interested  companies have the opportunity to take part in creating and developing new vegetable products in a regional and biological way. This includes first of all the analysis of the raw material and the development of new creative compositions. Furthermore the new products will be implemented into a  pilot plant scale.
